The Institute of Health Sciences of Nam Can Tho University applies an advanced medical model, meeting the learning and research needs of domestic and international students.
On January 18, Nam Can Tho University held the inauguration ceremony of DNC Health Sciences Institute and the 12th anniversary of the school's founding (January 25, 2013 - January 25, 2025).
DNC Health Science Institute has 11 floors, including 83 functional rooms, 15 large lecture halls for departments (medicine, international medicine, nursing, preventive medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, diagnostic imaging, testing...) and a preclinical hospital with a total floor area of about 26,000 m2 . Investment cost is more than 750 billion VND.

DNC Health Sciences Institute is invested with modern facilities according to international standards, applying advanced medical models of the US and developed countries in the world . The project put into use not only meets the learning and research needs of more than 6,000 students studying health at the school but also receives and trains international students from many countries.
DNC Institute of Health Sciences is located in a green campus.
Dr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nam Can Tho University, said that after 12 years of establishment, construction and development, DNC is now considered one of the schools with quality, modern facilities and equipment, and a green - clean - beautiful campus. The system of facilities and equipment is invested synchronously, ensuring service for more than 24,000 students studying and researching at the school.
