Visiting former leaders of the Party and State, the Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ho Chi Minh City informed about the operation of the 2-level local government model in Ho Chi Minh City from July 1 to present.
At the same time, it reported some key contents in the program of activities of the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation since July 1st and the key program in the coming time. Especially the activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam (January 6th, 1946 - January 6th, 2025) and summarize the activities of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Ho Chi Minh City, term 2021-2026.
Accordingly, on August 8, the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation organized a meeting to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly and summarize the activities of the 15th Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation, term 2021-2026.
On behalf of the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation, Comrade Nguyen Van Loi visited and wished Comrade Truong Tan Sang and his family good health and happiness. He expressed his gratitude for former President Truong Tan Sang's contributions to the Party's revolutionary cause, helping to raise the country's position and prestige and strengthen the great national unity bloc.
The Head of the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation visited and expressed gratitude to comrade Nguyen Tan Dung, former Politburo member and former Prime Minister, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day. Former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung served in the army and was a 2/4 class war invalid.
Comrade Nguyen Van Loi sent his regards and gratitude for his important contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, especially in the cause of protecting and building the Fatherland.
The Head of the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation also visited and thanked Comrade Nguyen Thien Nhan, former Politburo member, former Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, and XV National Assembly Delegate. Comrade Nguyen Van Loi sent his regards and best wishes to Comrade Nguyen Thien Nhan and his family.
