Tuoi Dong Nai School set out with the goal of being promoted to V-League

(NLDO) - The President of Truong Tuoi Dong Nai Club aims to be promoted to V-League with a quality reinforcement from players to coaching staff.

On the afternoon of September 9, Truong Tuoi Dong Nai Club held a ceremony to launch the 2025-2026 season with the participation of provincial leaders, representatives of VFF, VPF, sponsors and a large number of fans.

At the beginning of this event, the team received a certificate of merit from the People's Committee of Dong Nai province for their achievement as runner-up in the 2024-2025 First Division.

Dong Nai Tuoi School (formerly Binh Phuoc Tuoi School) has been and continues to show a methodical direction. After the third place in 2023-2024 and the runner-up position last season, the Southeast representative set the top goal of winning a ticket to the V-League.

Cong Phuong carried the torch and handed it over to the Club President, Mr. Pham Huong Son, to hold the departure ceremony.

To realize the ambition, the club has successively added many notable faces such as Xuan Truong, Minh Vuong, Huu Tuan, Quang Thinh, Van Son... Besides strengthening the force, the team also focuses on youth training and training reform when bringing in coach Nguyen Viet Thang, who helped Ninh Binh win the championship and get promoted last season.

At the ceremony, Club President Pham Huong Son affirmed that the only goal is to be promoted to V-League. In addition, Coach Nguyen Viet Thang and Captain Nguyen Cong Phuong also expressed their determination to bring the team good results.

"Since entering the First Division, the team's achievements have gradually increased with each season. For example, in the first season 2023-2024, we finished third, but in the 2024-2025 season we won second place. So this year our goal is to win the championship and get promoted to bring joy to the fans" - Chairman of Truong Tuoi Dong Nai Club expressed.

In this event, Truong Tuoi Dong Nai Club also held the opening ceremony for the youth football academy.

This season, Truong Tuoi Dong Nai had the opportunity to be promoted early but refused a special offer to focus on building a solid foundation, showing their determination to only move up when they have enough potential.

The departure ceremony ended with the team introduction ceremony and flag raising ceremony, opening a new journey for Truong Tuoi Dong Nai with the dream of participating in V-League next season.

The team's first match in the 2025-2025 First Division will be a trip to the home field of Quang Ninh Club. Before that, the team will have its opening match in the National Cup when welcoming Becamex TP HCM.
