Inspiring entrepreneurship and innovation for young people

On September 20, in Hue city, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union organized a training program to improve knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship and digital transformation for Union and Association officials and members, and young people in 2025.

At the program, speakers exchanged, shared, and equipped some knowledge about startups and innovation, revolving around some main contents such as: policies of the Party and State related to startups, innovation, private economic development; supporting communication work, promoting youth startup products; preserving and connecting heritage associated with tourism startups, innovation and digital transformation in tourism.

In addition, the program also organized a field trip to typical start-up business models in Hue city.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Canh Chi Quan, Deputy Head of the Youth Affairs Department, Central Youth Union affirmed that this is an important event, with many practical and meaningful activities to inspire, motivate, promote the spirit and desire for entrepreneurship and innovation among union members and young people.

According to Mr. Canh Chi Quan, Hue possesses a treasure trove of cultural heritage that no other place has. In the era of creative economy, heritage is an invaluable resource, a unique source of startup capital that cannot be copied. Hue currently has the Hue-S platform, a super application considered the "heart" of digital transformation of the entire city, with hundreds of thousands of regular users, a vivid proof that Hue is fully capable of mastering technology and bringing technology into life.

With these factors converging, the city is facing a new opportunity, a new mission. That is to become a unique heritage city, a cultural, tourism, science and technology center of the country and the region. That mission requires a new mindset, a new way of doing things, and more than anyone else, the young generation must be the pioneers in the journey of creating the future.
