From January 1, 2024, the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment 2023 officially takes effect. Accordingly, the State has a policy of granting scholarships to encourage students majoring in Psychiatry, Pathology, Forensic Medicine, Forensic Psychiatry, Infectious Diseases and Emergency Resuscitation with academic and training results that meet the conditions for scholarships at training institutions in the State's health sector.

The Law also stipulates the granting of policy scholarships to students majoring in Psychiatry, Pathology, Forensic Medicine, Forensic Psychiatry, Infectious Diseases and Emergency Resuscitation who are working at medical examination and treatment facilities in areas with difficult socio-economic conditions and areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions.

The law also stipulates full tuition support if studying at a training facility in the State health sector.

Accordingly, the State supports students majoring in Psychiatry, Pathology, Forensic Medicine, Forensic Psychiatry, Infectious Diseases and Emergency Resuscitation. Students will receive full tuition and living expenses support for the entire course if studying at a training institution in the State health sector.

They are also supported with tuition fees and living expenses for the entire course corresponding to the above-mentioned levels if studying at a private health training institution. The State encourages organizations and individuals to grant scholarships or subsidies to learners.
