BHG - 2025 - Journalists welcome their traditional day with a historical milestone - the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025).

For 100 years, along with the historical flow of revolutionary journalism, generations of journalists have devoted themselves, contributed, and voluntarily and determinedly carried out the noble ideals of journalism: Propagating, spreading, and affirming what is right and beautiful; fighting, refuting, and eliminating what is wrong and bad, and through that struggle, self-reflecting and self-correcting.

Since its inception, the revolutionary press has always clearly identified itself as the voice of the Party, the State and the People – the leading soldier in the task of propagating the vivid reality that is taking place – through which the Party's Resolution, the government's management, the people's opinions and aspirations have been accurately reflected, timely, on time, and to the right audience, always being a bridge between the people and their Party and State, creating trust and a close, trusting relationship between the masses and journalists.

Celebrating the 100th anniversary of the tradition of Vietnam's revolutionary press at the right time, the revolution in streamlining the apparatus of the political system at: merging the provincial level, abolishing the district level, building a 3-level management system: Central - province - commune (ward, town) instead of the current 4-level management: Central - province - district - commune. In particular, the arrangement and merger of provincial press agencies; local press agencies in the spirit of the Party's Resolution and the Government's direction to streamline the apparatus, improve the efficiency of press activities is taking place very urgently according to the province's roadmap.

We, Ha Giang journalists, clearly realize that: The consolidation of press agencies and the streamlining of the press association's organizational apparatus are necessary and appropriate actions to concentrate resources, equipment, technology - all types of media in the direction of multimedia, multi-platform, improving the quality and effectiveness of press work. At the same time, the streamlining of the apparatus is the task of building a team of reporters, editors, and technical staff who are sharp, dynamic in perception; proficient and skilled in their profession, associated with the requirement of maintaining the ethics of journalists and building a cultural press agency and the culture of journalists. From there, stabilize the mindset - find a suitable way to do it, motivate and encourage press workers when the merger and streamlining of the apparatus takes place.

The 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day is a historical milestone for journalists - that glorious tradition will be the luggage today to help us step forward with confidence, solidarity and determination in today's task: Successfully implementing Resolution No. 18NQ/TW on reorganizing the political system, reorganizing administrative units and organizing 2-level local governments - creating a breakthrough change, deciding to bring the country into an era of solid development and success.
