The conference was organized in a combination of in-person and online formats connecting to 25 points in communes and towns in the district with the participation of over 500 students.

Van Yen aims to have 100% of district and commune-level officials, civil servants and public employees use AI to support their daily work by the end of 2024; 85% of enterprises, cooperatives and individual business households learn and apply AI platforms to support management, production and business organization; 75% of adults with smartphones have access to, learn and apply AI platforms to experience and serve their work and life.

To achieve the above goal, at the training session, trainees were thoroughly informed about the purpose and meaning of learning and applying AI; basic knowledge about AI; basic skills to use and control some useful AI platforms for work, study, production, economic development, experience to improve the quality of life; skills to use AI safely.

Here, students are introduced to and practice AI platforms that are being deployed such as AI for character communication, AI for audio processing, AI for image processing, and AI for video processing.

Through the training course, we aim to contribute to improving the quality of the current 4.0 digital transformation work, providing knowledge and skills about artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications in practical fields. At the same time, we provide students with knowledge about AI and the use of AI to increase work efficiency at their agencies and units, opening up a new perspective on artificial intelligence - not only an advanced technology but also opening up new opportunities for the process of working, learning, personalization, automation and optimization. This is also the opening activity for the campaign "Van Yen - pioneer in learning AI" which will be deployed in the near future.
