On the evening of July 7, at Truong Hung Minh Art Stage, Meritorious Artist Minh Nhi held a graduation ceremony, awarding diplomas to 28 young actors who had studied at the training center that he and other teachers had guided for many years.

"I am moved because after this graduation night, you are my colleagues, no longer students. You can enter the profession, connect with the professional stage. Thinking back to the past when you had to swim on your own after graduating, find a place to work, and struggle to survive, I am very moved" - Meritorious Artist Minh Nhi expressed.

Meritorious Artist Minh Nhi believes that his students today have better conditions than his generation. Because there are many stages to connect with or many TV shows and game shows are ready to open the door for young actors to pursue.

"At my stage, almost every play creates conditions and opportunities for children to participate. Even if they are playing extras, being able to step onto the stage makes them happy because the goal of learning a profession is to contribute" - Meritorious Artist Minh Nhi confided.

Talking about the generation of teachers who came from artists such as: People's Artist Tran Ngoc Giau, People's Artist Hong Van, Meritorious Artist Cong Ninh, People's Artist Viet Anh, Meritorious Artist Huu Chau, Meritorious Artist Thanh Hoi, People's Artist My Uyen, Meritorious Artist Tuyet Thu, Meritorious Artist Bach Long, artists Thanh Thuy, Quoc Thao, Ai Nhu, Huu Nghia, Le Quoc Nam... Meritorious Artist Minh Nhi is considered a teacher with many students who became famous comedians such as: Viet Huong, Thuy Nga, Tiet Cuong, Trinh Minh Dung... Among them is also Hanh Thuy who is an actress, screenwriter and is currently studying for a master's degree.

"I am proud that many of my students have become famous, setting shining examples for my future students to follow, to work and contribute to the stage" - Meritorious Artist Minh Nhi was moved.

He confided: "When I was young, I never thought of teaching. I was very happy to graduate from the School of Stage Arts II (now the University of Theatre and Cinema in Ho Chi Minh City) and be able to perform. I never dared to think of becoming a teacher. But then when the stage lacked human resources, I boldly taught, then opened a training center, inviting some artist friends to take charge of other subjects."

With all the knowledge he learned in school and his own stage experience to pass on to the younger generation, he has contributed greatly to making Truong Hung Minh Art Stage a reliable socialized address that has opened 11 courses, attracting a large number of students.

Meritorious Artist Minh Nhi added that in the play "Tomorrow, People Get Married" which will be performed from the evening of July 12, 2/3 of the actors participating are his students.
