The event brought together four prominent startups: Sang Coffee, GeneStory, GreenJoy and Tubudd. They are a testament to the creativity and innovation of the Vietnamese startup community. With diverse fields from F&B (Sang Coffee), environmentally friendly straws (GreenJoy), smart technology platforms for international travelers (Tubudd), to gene decoding (GeneStory). Each company has received investments of up to millions of USD and has proven its business model in the US and Vietnamese markets.
Ambassador Dang Hoang Giang - Permanent Ambassador of Vietnam to the United Nations - encouraged and promoted the Vietnamese entrepreneurial spirit, believing that Vietnamese entrepreneurs as well as the activities of the VietChallenge organization will contribute to promoting investment and business relations between Vietnam and the US.
The event also featured a lively discussion with the participation of founders of typical startups such as Wombi Rose (LovePop), Jean Pham (Cellens) and Adam Nguyen (IvyLink) led by moderator Tam Luong (Analysis Group). They shared their startup journey, bringing inspirational stories and valuable lessons for young businesses.
