Vietravel Airlines will increase the frequency of flights on tourist routes starting July 15th.

Vietravel Airlines successfully held its conference to review business performance for the first six months of 2024. The leadership team shared insights to optimize challenges, highlight positive results in operations, and set goals for the remaining six months of 2024.

Regarding operations in the first six months of 2024, Vietravel Airlines increased the total number of commercial flights by over 17.9%, the total number of available seats by over 18.8%, and the total number of passengers by over 39.2% compared to the first six months of 2023. In addition, on the domestic route network, the airline launched night flights on key routes such as Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) – Hanoi (HAN), Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) – Da Nang (DAD), and Hanoi (HAN) – Da Nang (DAD). For the international route network, the airline added charter flights: Hanoi (HAN) – Sanya (SYX), Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) – Takamatsu (TAK)/Fukushima (FKS), and Da Nang (DAD) – Fukushima (TKS). Simultaneously, Vietravel Airlines is implementing its development plan for the last six months of 2024. The airline is ready to increase flight frequencies during the peak summer season and expand flights to Taiwan in August. Specifically, Phu Quoc (PQC) – Taipei (TPE), Hue (HUI) – Taichung (RMQ), and Da Nang (DAD) – Taichung (RMQ). To meet the increased travel demand during the summer, from July 15, 2024, Vietravel Airlines will increase the frequency of flights on tourist routes as follows: Hanoi (HAN) – Da Nang (DAD) with a frequency of 3 flights/day, Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) – Da Nang (DAD) with a frequency of 2 flights/day, Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) – Hanoi (HAN) with a frequency of 3 flights/day, and Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) – Phu Quoc (PQC) with a frequency of 2 flights/day. At the conference, Chairman of Vietravel Airlines Nguyen Quoc Ky shared: “Looking back at the first six months of the year, Vietravel Airlines has achieved incredibly impressive results.
