Vietravel Airlines has just posted job openings for several positions including captain, co-pilot, DPE (flight inspector), and LSC/FI (instructor).
According to the airline's announcement, the estimated after-tax salary for a DPE position is VND 318 million/month, and for an LSC/FI position is VND 288 million/month. For captain and first officer positions, the salaries are VND 202 million and VND 120 million/month respectively. The airline has set specific experience requirements for each position.
Besides salary, the company also offers many benefits such as preferential housing purchases from T&T Group, preferential loans fromSHB , etc.

Vietravel Airlines was established in April 2020 with an initial charter capital of 700 billion VND, becoming the 6th airline in Vietnam. From the end of 2024, a group of businesses related to T&T Group unexpectedly became a strategic shareholder, holding approximately 75% of the airline's capital.
In April, Vietravel Airlines held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, electing Mr. Do Vinh Quang to the Board of Directors for the 2025-2030 term and subsequently as Chairman of the Board. In line with its strategy of attracting and retaining talent through competitive salary and bonus policies, Vietravel Airlines has also just announced its goal of increasing its fleet size to at least 10 aircraft this year, focusing on the Airbus A321/A320 models. Currently, the airline owns 3 aircraft.

Earlier this year, the aviation website Aviation A2Z revealed the pilot salaries of Vietnam Airlines and VietJet Air in 2025. According to this source, the salaries of captains at Vietnam Airlines tend to range from 10,000 to 18,000 USD/month (approximately 251-451 million VND/month), equivalent to 120,000-216,000 USD/year (3-5.4 billion VND/year). The salary will depend on seniority and work experience.
At Vietjet, captains have employment contracts lasting 2-3 years, which can be renewed upon completion of their term, and earn between $8,000 and $12,000 per month (approximately 200-300 million VND per month), equivalent to $96,000-$144,000 per year (2.4-3.6 billion VND per year).
