Viettel HCMC and Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank cooperate in digital transformation for businesses and business households

Viettel HCMC and Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) have signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation on digital transformation for businesses and business households, aiming to build a comprehensive digital service ecosystem to serve the Vietnamese business community.

Representatives of Viettel HCMC and Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank signed a cooperation agreement.

According to the agreement, Viettel HCMC andACB will coordinate to deploy digital solutions in administration, sales and electronic payments for small and medium enterprises and business households. The goal of the program is to help businesses reduce costs, optimize processes and comply with tax decisions under Project 3389 on converting business households from lump-sum tax to declaration from January 1, 2026.

Within the framework of cooperation, Viettel HCMC provides Tendoo smart sales software, Viettel S-Invoice electronic invoices, and Viettel-CA digital signatures... to help business households manage revenue, expenses, prepare accounting books, tax declarations, and make online payments on a single platform. ACB will provide digital banking financial services, payment accounts, and flexible loan incentives, while coordinating communications and supporting customers using the full service package.

The two sides agreed to deploy two digital transformation incentive packages exclusively for business household customers opening new accounts at ACB with a Combo Package of 790,000 VND including free Tendoo sales software, 2,000 Viettel S-Invoice electronic invoices, one year of using Viettel-CA digital signature, a beautiful account number at ACB and receiving Bluetooth gifts.

There is also a Combo package of 990,000 VND with free Tendoo sales software, 2,000 electronic invoices + 01 year of Viettel-CA digital signature, free FTTH connection and 01 additional month of service experience...

The solution packages are designed to help businesses easily access digital technology , digitize financial and accounting activities, and save up to 70% of time and 50% of operating costs.
