Vingroup opens Royal Bridge - new development symbol of Hai Phong

The Royal Bridge invested by Vingroup Corporation has just opened to traffic, shortening the travel time from Vinhomes Royal Island to the center of Hai Phong to only 5 minutes, making Vu Yen a new growth pole, contributing to the development era of the City's economy.

The Royal Bridge invested by Vingroup across the Cam River is nearly 2.2 km long, 21 m wide with 4 lanes, and 17.5 m wide approach bridges on both sides. Designed with the idea of ​​​​"World Gateway Bridge", the project stands out with two unique bridge towers leaning towards the river, creating a curved arch like an international welcome door and sending ships out to the world. The shape of each bridge tower is inspired by the image of a soaring bird, expressing Hai Phong's development aspirations. The project, when put into operation, will be one of the impressive highlights, a symbol of the Port City after the historical milestone of expanding administrative boundaries on July 1, 2025.

The bridge starts on Vu Yen Island, connects directly to Vu Yen Park walking street, and ends at Le Thanh Tong Street (Gia Vien Ward, Hai Phong City). This strategic connection not only helps people move conveniently and quickly but also establishes Vu Yen's leading position in the development space of Thuy Nguyen - the new administrative center of Hai Phong.
