Attending the ceremony were leaders of the Provincial Land Registration Office, leaders of Dong Cuong Commune People's Committee and local people.
Speaking at the ceremony, a representative of Dong Cuong Commune People's Committee emphasized the importance of the campaign in the context that the commune does not have a formal cadastral map, and most land records are being managed based on temporary survey maps that have not been updated in reality. This situation has caused many difficulties for people when handling land procedures and limited the management work of local authorities.

The campaign is a breakthrough to solve existing problems with specific goals: measuring and updating the entire land area legally used by households; effectively serving the registration and issuance of land use right certificates; contributing to limiting disputes and complaints related to land.

For the campaign to be successful, local authorities recommend that each household seriously cooperate and fully prepare necessary documents such as Citizen Identification Cards and land-related documents.
The Van Yen Regional Land Registration Office Branch is committed to sending a team of highly qualified staff, working objectively, transparently and closely coordinating to ensure the campaign takes place on schedule and in accordance with regulations.

According to the plan, after completing the field measurement work, the results and measurement contracts will be returned to land users before September 30, 2025.
