Accordingly, at around 4:00 p.m. on July 7, Tr.T (born in 2020), residing in Hue City, was playing at his uncle's house in Trung Chin Hamlet, Lao Bao Commune when he unfortunately got his entire left leg stuck in a drain pipe on the floor. Although the family tried their best, they were unable to rescue him.

Upon receiving the news, Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 2 urgently mobilized forces and specialized vehicles to the scene.

After drilling and breaking concrete and cutting plastic pipes at about 5:34 p.m. the same day, T. was rescued safely without any injuries.

Mr. Ha Xuan Phu, Tr.T's uncle, shared that the family is extremely grateful to the Fire Police and Rescue Force for their timely support and assistance to the family. They were very responsible, dedicated, and made great efforts to rescue our child from the trapped place. Without them, we probably wouldn't have known how to handle this critical situation."
