According to the reporter's records, from very early on, on many central streets of Da Nang city, a large number of monks, Buddhists, people and tourists in neat costumes, lined up solemnly, standing on both sides of the road to welcome the procession carrying the relics of Buddha Shakyamuni.

At Da Nang International Airport, functional forces were stationed at various points to ensure the smooth passage of the convoy carrying Buddha's relics to Quan The Am Pagoda.
