Current status of the row of manhole covers missing in front of the Cultural, Sports and Community Learning Center of Thai Binh commune.

Residents nearby said that the above situation has been going on for many months now but has not been fixed, worryingly posing a potential risk of accidents for traffic participants, especially at night.
