Thanh Phuoc commune leaders awarded scholarships and gifts to disadvantaged students.

The program awarded 30 scholarships, each worth 500,000 VND and a gift worth 250,000 VND to students in difficult circumstances; total value 22.5 million VND, supported by the Commune Youth Union, Mr. Le Van Toi, Chairman of the Commune Elderly Association.
