The rainfall and water flowing from upstream quickly threaten many areas, so local authorities and people are focusing on reinforcing the dikes to protect the rice. At the same time, continue to closely monitor the weather situation, prepare forces and means to respond when situations arise, and ensure the safety of people's production"./.
