Mr. D.TD (born in 1984, in Me Linh, Hanoi ) said that at around 4:30 a.m. on March 6, he drove a taxi with license plate 30F 355XX of G7 taxi company to the area in front of house number 55 Nguyen Hoang. While waiting for a customer, he went to house number 70 (opposite) to drink water. At this time, a man came out to lock Mr. D's taxi wheel.

"I ran to talk to this person, hoping that he would sympathize and unlock the door. However, this person cursed, saying that this was the Quang Giang parking lot area so he was not allowed to park. When I said if I was wrong, I would apologize and not curse harshly, this person used the car key to hit me repeatedly on the head, causing me to collapse on the spot," Mr. D. said.

Currently, Mr. D. is being treated at the Neurology Department, Hospital 19-8. He still cannot sit up due to dizziness and nausea. The family has reported the matter to the My Dinh 2 Ward Police. The police have come to the hospital to take his statement.

At noon on March 6, reporters recorded many police officers coming to the Quang Giang bus station area to verify and work with the bus station representative.

Mr. H. added that the person who beat Mr. D. had previously been aggressive, throwing beer bottles at his employees.

Mr. Nguyen Van V. (30 years old, security guard of the restaurant opposite 55 Nguyen Hoang) said he saw Mr. D. holding his head, walking on the sidewalk, then being taken to the emergency room by people.
