Building a team of staff to meet job requirements

Imbued with Uncle Ho's teachings: "cadres are the root of all work", "success or failure of all work depends on good or bad cadres"; Tuan Giao district always considers improving political awareness and capacity for cadres and party members as the top priority task. Every year, the district proactively organizes research, study, dissemination and propaganda of directives, resolutions, conclusions and regulations of the central government, the province and the district to all cadres and party members in the area. Especially in propagating the district's policy on changing people's awareness in production, mobilizing cadres and party members to take the lead in converting to growing macadamia and fruit trees to improve efficiency and economic value.

Notably, the district continues to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with the implementation of the 4th Central Resolution (12th tenure) on strengthening Party building and rectification; preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party; organizing cadres and Party members to register to study and follow Uncle Ho with practical actions, close to the actual conditions in the locality.

In particular, Tuan Giao always creates conditions for cadres and party members to participate in training courses to improve their professional qualifications, political theory, state management, etc. In 2023, the district sent hundreds of cadres to participate in training courses on political theory, training for grassroots party committees, capacity building training, and studying to improve professional qualifications, etc.

At the same time, the district directs the team of cadres and party members to strictly comply with discipline and order in performing public duties; regularly stay close to the people, closely follow the grassroots to grasp the situation in the area, especially hot cases and issues that cause frustration at the grassroots level to report and advise the leaders to resolve promptly. Thanks to that, a number of outstanding issues have been directed and resolved by the district in recent times, such as: Forest management and protection, strict handling of deforestation, illegal exploitation, transportation and storage of forest products; land disputes in some localities; security and order incidents in the area... Thereby, creating good public opinion, strengthening people's trust in the leadership of party committees and authorities at all levels. In addition, the district also organizes competitions on skillful mass mobilization, training on professional skills in party work, ethnic and religious work to raise awareness and capacity for the team of cadres and party members at the grassroots level...

Quai To Commune Party Committee currently has 26 Party cells with nearly 350 Party members. In order to improve the capacity of cadres and Party members, the commune regularly reviews and sends cadres to attend training courses on political theory and professional expertise. Over the past 2 years, more than 30 cadres of the commune have been sent to attend elementary and intermediate political theory classes, to study to improve their qualifications, and to train on professional expertise... Every year, 100% of cadres and Party members participate in studying and grasping the Party's directives and resolutions; and are informed and disseminated about new policies and guidelines of the province and district.

The cadres and party members of Quai To commune also regularly stay close to the grassroots, promptly advise on solving pressing issues among the people such as: Site clearance, encroachment on traffic safety corridors, ensuring security and order in the villages... At the same time, they also take the lead in implementing campaigns and emulation movements in the locality; fight and refute wrong and deviant views, corrupt and negative behaviors; have the awareness to self-train and cultivate political qualities, ethics, lifestyle, working style and manners. Thanks to that, the commune always completes well the assigned tasks, taking the lead in economic , cultural and social development, and building new rural areas in the district.
