* Promote the spirit of "self-reliance - self-confidence - self-reliance - self-strengthening - national pride"
Following the revolutionary tradition and solidarity of generations of fathers and brothers, the Party Committee, government, army and people of all ethnic groups in the province pledge to continue to unite, unify, promote internal strength, make the most of external resources; effectively exploit the potential and advantages of the province; actively attract investment, link and cooperate with localities and economic organizations at home and abroad, further promote the industrialization and modernization of the province. Link economic development with solving social issues well. Continue to improve the material and spiritual life of the people; develop socio-economy in association with ensuring national defense and security, maintaining political stability, order, social safety and environmental protection, together overcoming all challenges, actively building the province to be increasingly rich, civilized and rich in identity.
Gia Lai today still carries within itself the vitality and heroism of a land steeped in epic history and rich in revolutionary tradition. With strength and strong belief, promoting the spirit of “self-reliance, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-strengthening, and national pride”, Gia Lai will firmly step with the country into a new era – the era of national growth.

* The price of peace is “priceless”
April 30, 1975 has entered the history of the Vietnamese people as a brilliant milestone - the day the war ended, marking the complete victory of the historic Ho Chi Minh Campaign, liberating the South, and unifying the country. This event not only marked a new turning point in the revolutionary process but also raised Vietnam's political position in the world, forever the pride of every Vietnamese person, including the people of all ethnic groups in Gia Lai province.
...The price of peace is “priceless”. Peace is the blood, the sweat, the tears, the youth of many generations of fathers who fought and sacrificed. Today, every inch of land that the young generation sets foot on is an exchange for the flesh and blood of our fathers in the past; without the blood of generations of fathers and brothers shed on this land, there would be no days of peace, no Gia Lai developed like today.
Proud of the March 17 victory and the historic April 30 victory, deeply grateful for the great sacrifices of our predecessors, our young generation is more deeply imbued with the value of peace and more confident in the path ahead to continue to contribute, build and protect the Fatherland... This is an opportunity for the young generation to better understand their responsibilities, the responsibility to preserve independence and freedom, the responsibility to continue the revolutionary cause, to build a strong, civilized and modern country.

* Continue to effectively implement targets and tasks
Departments, branches, units and localities continue to fully implement targets and tasks on the basis of closely following the resolutions issued at all levels. Actively call for investment in industrial clusters in the province; remove difficulties for wind power projects; strengthen forest management, protection, and forest fire prevention during the dry season. The Department of Construction continues to coordinate with the Ministry of Construction to implement the Quy Nhon-Pleiku Expressway Construction Investment Project; speed up the progress of investment proposals to expand Pleiku Airport; pay attention to allocating funds, speeding up the implementation of the emulation movement "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses".
For transport projects lacking filling materials, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will proactively survey and identify suitable mines to ensure conditions for auctioning mineral exploitation rights according to regulations to serve key projects and works in the coming time.

Participate responsibly, enthusiastically, seriously and promote spirit and intelligence in the contents of the work of the Central and the province to collect opinions.
Units in the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations continue to innovate the content and methods of operation towards promoting digital transformation and the spirit of "5 proactiveness", including: proactively grasping the situation; proactively developing plans and projects; proactively organizing implementation; proactively inspecting and supervising; proactively summarizing. To meet the requirements and tasks set out in the new situation, the staff in the bloc must constantly improve their quality; activities must be close to the people, understand the people and care for the people's lives.
