The Center for Cultural and Scientific Activities of the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam organizes this cultural activity model to promote the value of Ho Van, creating a long-term highlight for exchange and experience activities associated with books. This is also the first step for Ho Van to become the first public reading space with its own identity at a special national historical relic, and at the same time a "knowledge playground" of the Capital. Along with heritage experience activities, this place is oriented to gradually turn Ho Van space into a cultural space of the Capital Hanoi with diverse cultural industrial products, attracting visitors.
