Housing construction for the People's Public Security armed forces in Phu Thuong ward, Hanoi

The project to build housing for the People's Public Security armed forces at plot IA25, Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Ciputra) was implemented to realize the policy of the Party, the State as well as the Ministry of Public Security on taking care of the lives of the armed forces, contributing to ensuring social security, creating conditions for officers and soldiers to work with peace of mind and be attached to the mission of serving the Fatherland and the people.

The IA25 project is located on a land area of 18,142 m², belonging to the 20% land fund of the Nam Thang Long urban area. The scale of the project includes 3 towers from 27 to 40 floors high, modern design, providing 1,262 apartments from 2 to 4 bedrooms, meeting the diverse housing needs of officers, soldiers and families. With a construction density of only 37%, the project prioritizes the development of green space, harmonious landscape and synchronous utility system.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, on behalf of the leaders of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc, Deputy Minister of Public Security, expressed his thanks to the Hanoi City Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee for their attention to investment and practical and effective support for the People's Public Security force in recent years to successfully implement the modernization goal according to Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW dated March 16, 2022 of the Politburo , successfully completing the task of protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety. In particular, attention has been paid to implementing a number of housing projects for police officers and soldiers, contributing to solving the difficult housing needs, creating conditions for officers and soldiers to work with peace of mind, contributing to the cause of protecting security and order, contributing to the economic and social development of the country and the city.

According to the Deputy Minister of Public Security, implementing the Party and State's guidelines and policies on social housing development in the new situation, the Ministry of Public Security has coordinated with the Ministry of Construction and the Hanoi People's Committee to direct the implementation of housing development for the People's Public Security armed forces and achieved some results.

Regarding the housing construction project for the People's Public Security armed forces in Phu Thuong ward, Hanoi city, the Deputy Minister of Public Security requested the investor and relevant agencies to implement the project to ensure quality, safety, and completion progress.

At the ceremony, the representative of the joint investor said that with the close direction of the Ministry of Public Security and the Hanoi People's Committee, along with the efforts of the participating units, the IA25 Project will soon be completed, becoming a model housing area, contributing to improving the lives of officers and soldiers and beautifying the appearance of the capital.
