Truck carrying 128 motorbikes suddenly caught fire

QTO - At noon on November 17, Mr. Do Manh Tai, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bo Trach commune, Quang Tri province, said that in the early morning of the same day, on the East branch of Ho Chi Minh road passing through the commune, a serious truck fire occurred, causing great property damage.

Specifically, at around 2:00 a.m. on November 17, at Km 968+900, Ho Chi Minh road, East branch, passing through Bo Trach commune (in the old Cu Nam commune), a fire broke out in a truck with license plate 29H - 83342 pulling a trailer with license plate 29R - 52901 carrying 128 motorbikes in the truck bed.

Upon receiving the information, Bo Trach Commune Police mobilized forces to coordinate with the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department, and the Provincial Police to participate in extinguishing the fire. However, because the fire broke out too quickly, the truck and 128 motorbikes on the truck were completely burned down.

Fortunately, the fire did not cause any human casualties. According to initial statistics, the fire caused about 6 billion VND in property damage. Currently, Bo Trach Commune Police are coordinating with the provincial police forces to investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.
