At 2:00 p.m. today, heavy rain continued to occur in Khe Sanh, causing 11 houses on Hung Vuong Street to have their foundations exposed, and some houses had cracked walls. After the incident, Khe Sanh Commune authorities arrived to block off the scene and arrange for the evacuation of 11 households with about 45 people living along Hung Vuong Street to a safe place.

According to Khe Sanh commune leaders, the exact cause of the incident has not been determined, but it may be due to continuous rain in recent days that weakened the ground, leading to landslides.
