On April 27, a clip was circulated on social media recording images of some doctors and nurses of Thanh Ba District Medical Center focusing on emergency treatment for a child who was in anaphylactic shock after taking antibiotics, while family members stood around and continuously screamed and insulted the doctors and nurses. Even when a male nurse went to get medical equipment for emergency treatment, as soon as he went out the door, someone kicked him in the stomach.

Mr. Cao Viet Hung, Deputy Director of Thanh Ba District Medical Center, confirmed that the situation in the clip occurred at the Department of Surgery on April 25. "At that time, although we repeatedly asked the patient's family to go outside so that the doctors and nurses could focus on emergency treatment, the family still did not comply...", Mr. Hung shared and said that after about 5 minutes of emergency treatment, the patient was awake, called and asked, and his blood pressure was stable. After 20 minutes, the patient was awake, breathing oxygen through glasses, and could communicate normally. After this incident, Thanh Ba District Medical Center reported to the police to clarify everything.
