Xuan Loc: Organizing the popularization of digital signatures and digital skills at high schools in the commune.

In order to raise awareness of digital skills and promote the use of digital signatures among the people in the commune, the People's Committee of Xuan Loc commune, in coordination with the Youth Union of the commune, Viettel, VNPT Xuan Loc, and high schools in the commune, is implementing a program to popularize digital signatures and digital skills for high school teachers and students.

Accordingly, the program commenced on December 8, 2025. On the first day of implementation, the program was held at Xuan Tho High School with the participation of teachers, students, and support staff from the commune's Youth Union and Viettel Xuan Loc. Here, students were guided in practicing basic digital skills, learning how to register and use personal digital signatures, and experiencing various digital applications.

In particular, Viettel Xuan Loc's technical team directly assisted in providing free digital signatures to over 100 students and teachers, ensuring that each individual successfully practiced and activated their digital signatures right at the training session. The atmosphere during the digital signature and digital skills training session was lively, with many students expressing excitement at being able to access and use digital signatures for the first time – an important skill in today's digital transformation.

The program will continue to be held at Hong Bang Primary, Secondary and High School on December 10, 2025 and Xuan Loc High School on December 22, 2025.
