Xuan Loc: Organizing the popularization of digital signatures and digital skills at high schools in the commune
In order to raise awareness of digital skills and promote the rate of digital signature usage among people in the commune; Xuan Loc Commune People's Committee coordinated with the Commune Youth Union, Viettel, VNPT Xuan Loc and high schools in the commune to deploy a program to popularize digital signatures and digital skills for teachers and high school students.

Accordingly, the program will start from December 8, 2025. On the first day of implementation, the program was held at Xuan Tho High School with the participation of teachers, students and support forces from the Commune Youth Union, Viettel Xuan Loc. Here, students were instructed to practice basic digital skills, how to register and use personal digital signatures, and experience digital applications.

In particular, Viettel Xuan Loc's technical staff directly supported the provision of free digital signatures to more than 100 students and teachers, ensuring that each individual was able to practice and successfully activate them right at the training session. The atmosphere of the digital signature and digital skills dissemination session was lively, with many students expressing their excitement when they first approached and used digital signatures - an important skill in today's digital transformation.

The program will continue to be held at Hong Bang Secondary School on December 10, 2025 and Xuan Loc High School on December 22, 2025.
