Deserving of the title of advanced youth

As a young, dynamic, enthusiastic and dedicated cadre, Mr. Tran Tien, member of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union, specialist of the Provincial Social Insurance (SSI) always upholds the spirit of responsibility, constantly innovates, is creative and makes useful contributions to the development of the industry.

With more than 10 years of working in the social insurance industry, Mr. Tien not only has initiatives and solutions in performing professional tasks that are recognized annually by the Director of the Provincial Social Insurance, but also participates in implementing the scientific and technological topic "Current situation and solutions to develop health insurance for ethnic minorities living in Region I in Dak Lak province" which has been recognized by Vietnam Social Insurance.

In 2024, Mr. Tien and his colleagues participated in the Contest "Searching for models and initiatives to apply population data to serve digital transformation and administrative reform in Dak Lak province" organized by the Provincial People's Committee. Highly appreciated by the Organizing Committee for its practicality and feasibility in the future, his product "Tool for using traffic accident victim data to map with the National Population Database and the National Insurance Database to send notifications to establish occupational accident benefit records for people participating in social insurance" won the Second Prize.

Tran Tien and Chuong Dinh Phuc are typical individuals of the province who have just been awarded the title "Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in 2025.

As a member of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Mr. Tien has participated in building a number of good and practical models and solutions, one of which is the "Youth Digital Transformation" model. By placing a QR code board system at the Department of receiving documents and returning administrative procedure results at the provincial Social Security headquarters and counter No. 1 - Social Security at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, the union members and youth of the unit have guided people to look up information and procedures of the Social Security sector; install and use the VssID application - Social Security number; use public administrative services to access official information and instructions from Vietnam Social Security.

Building a series of activities "Contributing to preserving and spreading the cultural values of ethnic minorities in Dak Lak province", the unit handed over to the Ea Tul Commune Youth Union (Cu M'gar district) the youth project "200 Dong House" located at Ea Sah water wharf and Ea Ching water wharf to raise awareness and responsibility of people about collecting plastic waste in the process of getting water for daily use; at the same time, it donated an additional amount of funds to help the local government clean up, repair and maintain operations at the water wharf.

The Youth Union also provided funding to maintain operations and made a report introducing the Ea Sup District Young Gong Club, thereby spreading and inspiring the passion for gong performance, contributing to preserving, conserving and promoting the value of the Central Highlands gong cultural space in the area.

Although not physically developed like normal people, the young man Chuong Dinh Phuc (English Pedagogy class K23, Tay Nguyen University) with his determination and aspiration has been creating a youth journey with beautiful stories full of inspiration.

Phuc was born with an incomplete body, with both arms contracted and unable to move like a normal person. When he was 10 years old, his parents separated. Many incidents happened, causing Phuc to lose direction and have many negative thoughts about his life.

At the end of his junior high school year, while reading a book in the library, Phuc read Uncle Ho's quote about the ideal goal of youth: "Study to serve the Fatherland, serve the people, study to make the people rich and the country strong." Remembering that teaching, Phuc knew what he had to do.

Entering high school, Phuc began his journey of self-change, focusing on studying, researching documents, books and newspapers to supplement his knowledge, determined to pass the entrance exam to the English major of Tay Nguyen University. When entering university, Phuc actively participated in the youth union movement to help supplement many skills for self-development.

“Coming to the movement, I had the opportunity to participate in school and provincial programs, meet new seniors and friends. And it was there that I found joy, accumulated more useful knowledge and most of all, those companions made up for what I always felt was lacking, which was family affection,” Phuc confided.

Continuously an excellent student with an average GPA of 3.7/4 and a training score of 96 - 98/100, Chuong Dinh Phuc has received many certificates of merit from all levels and sectors and is also a strong example for young people to have more faith and optimism in life.
