Yen Binh is ready to welcome guests during the April 30 - May 1 holiday

In Yen Binh town, Chien Tu Boat House (residential group 13) has proactively completed preparations. With 6 fully registered passenger boats, the Boat House has built a specific itinerary for the vehicles, ready to serve from 10 to 40 tourists/tour. In addition, the unit also cooperates with tourist attractions on the lake to diversify the itinerary.

The boat owner, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Tu shared: "We have designed tours to explore Ngoc Xanh Island, Thien Duong Island, Thac Ba Hydroelectric Plant, Thac Ba Mau Temple, Thuy Tien Cave... serving tourists from transportation, dining right on the boat or on the small poetic islands. Tour costs range from 300,000 to 400,000 VND/person".

Meanwhile, at Ngoc Xanh Island Resort (Dai Dong Commune) - one of the prominent destinations on Thac Ba Lake - the project is also being completed to welcome guests. The unit has actively renovated the Bungalow room system, community motels, added water games and planted 1 hectare of flowers to serve the check-in needs of tourists.

Ms. Dang Thi Lien - a resort employee said: "Green Pearl Island can welcome over 100 guests, with a space close to nature and cultural activities, exchanges with the Dao, Cao Lan, Tay ethnic art clubs, promising to bring interesting experiences to visitors".

At An Binh Village Resort (Tan Huong Commune), cleaning, decoration, and upgrading of facilities are also being urgently completed. In addition to the comfortable room system, we also focus on introducing the beauty of Cao Lan ethnic cuisine and culture to visitors."

Yen Binh is identified as one of the three unique cultural regions of Yen Bai province, located in the Thac Ba Lake National Monument Complex. The whole district currently has 25 ranked historical and cultural relics, over 30 community tourism models and nearly 20 folk culture clubs preserving the customs and practices of the Dao, Cao Lan and Tay people. The district has formed many attractive tours and tourist routes such as: visiting Thac Ba Hydropower Plant, Thuy Tien Cave, Dong Tam shrimp basket weaving village, Kha Linh communal house, Ba Chang temple...

Since the beginning of 2025, Yen Binh has welcomed more than 130,100 visitors, an increase of more than 58% over the same period last year; tourism revenue reached nearly 31 billion VND. This year's 5-day April 30 - May 1 holiday is expected to continue to increase, creating additional income and motivation for sustainable tourism development for the locality.
