Tugboat HVS 51.H5 took 12 crew members and their luggage from the Star Bueno ship anchored offshore to Dung Quat port. Officers and soldiers of the Dung Quat Port Border Guard Station and the Quang Ngai Provincial Border Guard Command received the crew members and carried out procedures to issue shore leave permits for the crew members to stay overnight in Quang Ngai province.

The health of the 12 crew members is currently stable after many days on the Star Bueno ship stranded in Dung Quat waters. The Border Guard Station at Dung Quat port checked the passports and papers of the crew members; at the same time, considered issuing shore passes to the Star Bueno crew members to stay overnight on shore.

Authorities are monitoring the transfer of crew members’ luggage from the ship to shore. Thus, after 10 days of the Star Bueno running aground in Dung Quat waters, 12 crew members have left the ship. Currently, there are 10 crew members on board, including the captain of the Star Bueno.
