16 excellent pairs of athletes received cups at the Pickleball Tournament 'Cool Fan for Children - Nurturing Knowledge'

TPO - After 2 days of competition, the teams have presented eye-catching plays, clearly demonstrating technique, bravery and fair-play spirit. At the end of the tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded 16 First, Second and Third prizes to outstanding couples in 4 competition categories.

On the afternoon of July 6th, the closing ceremony of the Pickleball Tournament "Giving Cool Fans to Children - Nurturing Knowledge" took place at the Picklezone Vinh Heritage complex (Vinh Heritage urban area, Nghe An ).

Before the awards ceremony, Mr. Hoang Nguyen Trong Dung - Member of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, General Director of Hoang Gia Phat Group - presented a gift and a poem to Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy - Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union - representing the Organizing Committee of the competition.

Attending the ceremony were: Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy - Member of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Vice President of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Nghe An province; Mr. Ho Phuc Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Head of the Youth Union and Youth Affairs Department, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province; Journalist Tran Quang Long - Head of the Tien Phong Newspaper Representative Office in the North Central Region, along with representatives of sponsors and more than 300 athletes participating in the competition.

After two days of competition, the teams delivered spectacular plays, showcasing their technique, composure, and spirit of fair play. Many matches were considered visually stunning, exciting, and brought a "breath of fresh air" to the sport of pickleball for the audience.

The organizers presented trophies to the outstanding winning couples after two days of exciting competition.

At the Closing Ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 16 first, second, and third prizes to outstanding couples. Specifically, for category 4.2: First Prize: Nguyen Ut Thanh - Nguyen Van Hai; Second Prize: Quang Phuc - Tran Thanh; Third Prize: Tran Tien Lang - Nguyen Huu Hien; Le Quang Hung - Bui Quang Minh.

The organizers awarded first, second, and third prizes to the pairs of athletes in category 4.2.

Category 4.1 (Mixed Doubles). First Prize: Ngoc Min - Hoa Tun; Second Prize: Hieu Xu - Thuong Ng; Third Prize: Nguyen Manh Thang - Loc Nhôm; Ho Ba Tri - Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa.

The organizers awarded prizes to the outstanding teams in category 4.1 (Mixed Doubles).

Men's category 4.4. First Prize: Viet Anh - Vu Bau; Second Prize: Ngoc Uric - Linh Long; Third Prize: Duc Huy - Kim Hoa; Hieu Xoi - Hung Tho.

The organizers awarded prizes to the teams competing in level 4.4.

Trinh Nam 4.8: First Prize: Dang The Vinh - Nguyen Khac Cuong; Second Prize: Trung Hieu - Hai San Go; Third Prize: Duc Ku - Nhat; Nam Sang - Duc Linh.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy - Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Nghe An province - presented awards to the winning teams in category 4.8.

The Pickleball Tournament "Giving Cool Fans to Children - Nurturing Knowledge" is organized by the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union in coordination with Tien Phong Newspaper, the Nghe An Department of Education and Training, and the Nghe An Young Entrepreneurs Association. The aim is to create a healthy playground, enhance interaction and learning, and encourage the practice of Pickleball in Nghe An province; contributing to the continued successful implementation of the "All People Practice Physical Training Following the Example of the Great President Ho Chi Minh" movement among the people.

Through this tournament, the Organizing Committee launched the charitable program "Cool Fans for Children - Nurturing Knowledge" and hopes to spread the message calling on the community to join hands in mobilizing social resources to purchase and install ceiling fans for schools in mountainous areas of Nghe An province before the start of the new school year, thereby contributing to improving the learning and living conditions for students.

The organizers awarded prizes to lucky athletes through a raffle.
