On the afternoon of March 30, Mr. Duong Ba Dong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Van Hoi Commune (Ninh Giang) said that on the East-West axis road of Hai Duong province, passing through Dao Lang village, Van Hoi commune, a traffic accident occurred, killing two people.

Initial information, at 1:00 p.m. on March 30, at km16 of the East-West axis road, a traffic accident occurred between a car 30F-380.82 with an unknown driver and a motorbike with an unknown license plate and driver. On board were Mr. TQV (born in 1970) and Ms. NTKT (born in 1971), both from Hai Phong City.
As a result, Mr. V. and Mrs. T. died on the spot.
