ACB cooperates with Viettel to promote digital transformation for businesses and business households

(Chinhphu.vn) - On October 31, Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) and Viettel Ho Chi Minh City officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding on strategic cooperation on digital transformation for businesses and business households, aiming to build a comprehensive digital service ecosystem to serve the Vietnamese business community.

Promoting digital transformation for businesses and business households

According to the agreement, ACB and Viettel HCMC will coordinate to deploy digital solutions in management, sales and electronic payments for small and medium enterprises and business households.

The program's goal is to help businesses reduce costs, optimize processes and comply with tax decisions under Project 3389 - converting business households from lump-sum tax to declaration from January 1, 2026.

Within the framework of cooperation, ACB will provide digital banking financial services, payment accounts, and flexible loan incentives, while coordinating communications and supporting customers to use the full service package.

Viettel HCMC provides Tendoo smart sales software, Viettel S-Invoice electronic invoices, and Viettel-CA digital signatures - helping businesses manage revenue, expenses, create accounting books, tax declarations, and make online payments on a single platform.

Special incentive program for business customers

The solution packages are designed to help businesses easily access digital technology , digitize financial and accounting activities, and save up to 70% of time and 50% of operating costs.

Accordingly, the two sides agreed to deploy two digital transformation incentive packages exclusively for business household customers opening new accounts at ACB with the Combo package of 790,000 VND, which will include free Tendoo sales software; 2,000 Viettel S-Invoice electronic invoices; 1 year of using Viettel-CA digital signature and opening a beautiful account number at ACB and receiving Bluetooth gifts.

With the 990,000 VND Combo package, you will get free Tendoo sales software; 2,000 electronic invoices + 01 year of Viettel-CA digital signature and free FTTH connection and an additional 01 month of service experience.

Previously, in August 2024, ACB launched many business support solutions with a series of smart features such as: Multi-point of sale management thanks to flexible authorization; creating a separate QR code for each order; sending transaction notifications to employees while still keeping the balance confidential; mid-level authorization helps operate more efficiently; QR publications with 7-color anti-counterfeit printing technology are flexibly designed; automatic transaction notification speakers help identify successful payments and limit fraud risks.

Or with ACB's Wealth Account, it has helped to completely separate personal and business cash flow, with absolute confidentiality; customers can also choose feng shui account numbers 68, 86 - symbols of wealth and prosperity. In addition, the sales software allows recording revenue, managing inventory, issuing electronic invoices and paying taxes online right on the phone, helping businesses save time and comply with regulations.
