This is the first time the flag-raising ceremony at Km0 of Ho Chi Minh road has attracted the largest number of students.
Milestone Km0 - Ho Chi Minh Trail, starting point Cao Bang - marks the starting point of the legendary Ho Chi Minh Trail, associated with the Pac Bo National Special Relic Site. This is where leader Nguyen Ai Quoc (President Ho Chi Minh) returned to the country in 1941, opening an important milestone in the journey of the Vietnamese revolution towards victory.

Also on this occasion, Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper and Bao Viet Life Corporation presented 2,000 national flags from the program "Proud of the National Flag" to soldiers and people of Cao Bang province.
