This is the first time the flag-raising ceremony at Km0 of Ho Chi Minh road has attracted the largest number of students.
Milestone Km0 - Ho Chi Minh Trail, starting point Cao Bang - marks the starting point of the legendary Ho Chi Minh Trail, associated with the Pac Bo National Special Relic Site. This is where leader Nguyen Ai Quoc (President Ho Chi Minh) returned to the country in 1941, opening an important milestone in the journey of the Vietnamese revolution towards victory.

Also on this occasion, Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper and Bao Viet Life Corporation presented 2,000 national flags from the program "Proud of the National Flag" to soldiers and people of Cao Bang province.
In order to take care of the lives of people in areas with revolutionary traditions, "Journey to the revolutionary homeland" also includes many other meaningful activities such as: Donating 20 houses after storm Yagi in the program "Towards the loving North" - These are houses of love built from the funding of the program "Towards the loving North" launched by the Newspaper, calling on readers and philanthropists to contribute to help people in the northern provinces overcome the severe consequences of flash floods, landslides and flooding after storm Yagi (storm No. 3) in September 2024; Bao Viet Life Corporation sponsored 100 scholarships, bicycles and many learning support items such as school bags, notebooks, pens... with a total value of 430 million VND to studious students in difficult circumstances in the province; donating a children's playground worth 80 million VND in Hop Giang ward, Cao Bang province...
