Attending the Congress were Vietnamese Heroic Mother Pham Thi Hoa; Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers Nguyen Pham Duy Trang; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thanh Hai; Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trung Kien Youth Union and comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, former leaders of the province, former leaders of the Provincial Youth Union through the periods and leaders of departments, branches, sectors and organizations; especially the presence of 296 delegates, representing more than 75,000 union members in the whole province.

During the 2022-2025 term, the Youth Union and youth movement in Tay Ninh province achieved many comprehensive results in all fields. Propaganda and education work was promoted with more than 2,455 activities, widely attracting youth union members; many traditional education models were digitized and modernized. Revolutionary action movements made their mark with 3,834 youth projects, 256 children's playgrounds, nearly 81,000 social security gifts and more than 13,000 donated blood units. The innovation and digital transformation movement spread strongly through competitions, digital skills support models and technology applications in learning, management and production.

The work of building the Youth Union organization has had many positive changes, admitting 72,080 new members, expanding the solidarity front with nearly 1,000 clubs, groups, and teams; introducing 17,500 outstanding members to the Party. In general, over 80% of the term's targets were completed and exceeded, creating an important foundation to enter the new term 2025-2030 with the spirit of innovation, solidarity and the aspiration to contribute of Tay Ninh youth.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, with the slogan of action "Tay Ninh Youth: Pioneer - Solidarity - Creativity - Development", the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tay Ninh province set out 4 main goals; 16 key targets, specifically: 2,500,000 youth union members participating in volunteer activities organized by the Union and Association in the period of 2025 - 2030; At least 15 innovative start-up projects of youth are supported with product/service output; 17,500 outstanding youth union members are introduced to the Party for consideration of admission;... At the same time, 3 breakthrough tasks are identified to be carried out during the term.

The Congress also announced the decision of the Central Youth Union Secretariat to appoint an Executive Committee of 40 members, a Standing Committee of 13 members, a Secretary, Deputy Secretaries, an Inspection Committee and a delegation to attend the congress at a higher level. Mr. Tran Hai Phu holds the position of Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term ; the Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Youth Union include Mr. Pham Van Hau; Le Xuan Thinh and Ms. Ho Thi Thuy Trang.

Speaking at the Congress, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thanh Hai requested the new Provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Executive Committee to focus on building a truly strong Youth Union organization, especially at the grassroots level, to meet the requirements of the tasks in the two-level government model. He requested to focus on training Youth Union officials, training Youth Union members to have courage, digital skills, innovative thinking and the ability to organize movements; at the same time, doing a good job of discovering and training outstanding Youth Union members to introduce to the Party. He emphasized that the Youth Union needs to strongly innovate the method of gathering young people in a flexible direction, expanding the space of activities to enterprises, industrial zones, border areas and the network environment; developing online and direct gathering models suitable for the current needs of young people.

In addition, the Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee requested promoting the vanguard role of youth in digital transformation and innovation; supporting the government and people in providing online public services, building a digital youth team, and promoting the application of technology in learning, working and production. He suggested that the Union continue to accompany young people in studying, starting businesses, and developing the economy; support young people in accessing capital, technology, and markets, especially in the fields of digital economy, high-tech agriculture, tourism, and innovation. Regarding the work of the Young Pioneers and the children's movement, he requested attention to educating, caring for and protecting children; building a healthy environment and maintaining activities to train skills and experiences for children. /.
