Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 opened on the morning of December 5 at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, Hanoi. The event was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Hanoi People's Committee, the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists and Vietnam Television.

In his opening speech, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh stated: 2025 marks a proud milestone when Vietnam rose to 46th place globally in the World Happiness Report, up 8 places compared to the previous year. This is not only a statistical number, but also a recognition of the Party and State's persistent efforts in creating a peaceful and humane living environment and, above all, the optimistic and benevolent spirit of the Vietnamese people; at the same time, it vividly reflects the aspirations and solidarity of millions of Vietnamese people towards a prosperous, prosperous and loving future.

From here, each person together continues to write the story of a happy Vietnam - a story of love, solidarity, and kindness. Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 was born as a multi-layered experience journey. The event space is organized along the streets around Hoan Kiem Lake. 13 experience points are designed as 13 emotional rhythms: Vietnam Happiness Exhibition; Digital interactive space; Art photobooth; Happiness prism; Happiness map; Outdoor activity "Health is happiness"; Sending happiness to tomorrow; Sharing happiness; Happiness announcer. Especially, at Ly Thai To Monument area, the Happiness Tree will receive tens of thousands of wishes and blessings.

A special activity that attracted attention was the Mass Wedding Ceremony of 80 couples - "Love is happiness". The joy of 80 couples symbolizes 80 years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness of the nation. Among them, there are young couples entering a new life, and there are couples who have been together for 15, 30, 50 years. They are vivid images showing that happiness is not a miracle, but understanding and sharing every day. Along with the wedding ceremony, other activities such as: Parade of Vietnamese costumes "Bach Hoa Bo Hanh" with 800 people; Workshop "Lang Luong Hanh"; Award Ceremony of Happy Vietnam 2025; Music Night "Vietnam Happiness"... will take people and tourists on a journey of colors, art and sincere emotions.
