The M4 Max is manufactured on TSMC's advanced 3nm process. It is known that the two high-end versions of the MacBook Pro will use the M4 Pro and M4 Max chips with two screen options of 14 and 16 inches.

The top-of-the-line M4 Max will have a CPU core consisting of 12 high-performance cores and four energy-efficient cores, 2.2 times faster than the M1 Max. The GPU inside has 40 cores for 1.9 times faster performance than the M1 Max. This processor supports up to 128 GB of memory, with a bandwidth of 546 GB/s.

Inside the new SoC is an enhanced Media Engine with two video encoding engines and two ProRes accelerators. The M4 Max also supports Thunderbolt 5 with 120 GB/s data transfer.

The high-end version using M4 Max has a minimum of 24GB of Ram (up from 18GB of the previous generation). The device will have a Liquid Retina XDR display, an additional nano anti-glare coating option, a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits for SDR content, and a 12MP Center Stage camera. Apple promises up to 24 hours of battery life - the most on a MacBool ever.

The 14-inch MacBook Pro with M4 Max chip starts at 50 million VND while the 16-inch version starts at 65 million VND. The highest-end option with anti-glare screen, 128 GB/8 TB Ram costs 187 million VND.
