Pursuant to Decision No. 124/QDD-BQP dated April 24, 2025 of the Minister of National Defense, appointing Major General Bui Cong Chuc, Deputy Commissar of Military Region 3, to hold the position of Director of the Organization Department, General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.

At the conference, Major General Bui Cong Chuc handed over the work of Deputy Political Commissar to Major General Nguyen Nam Tien, Standing Member of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Military Region; the work of Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Military Region Party Committee to Colonel Luu Phong Thao, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Military Region Party Committee; and handed over the concurrent positions to the Vice Chairmen and Deputy Heads of the Standing Committee.

Major General Nguyen Duc Hung, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Military Region, presented flowers to congratulate Major General Bui Cong Chuc.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Nguyen Duc Hung, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Military Region 3 acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of Major General Bui Cong Chuc in building the Party Committee and armed forces of the Military Region to always fulfill assigned tasks well.

The Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Military Region emphasized that from January 2019 to present, in his position as a member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region, and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Military Region, Major General Bui Cong Chuc has always promoted his role and responsibility in directing the implementation of tasks; has a democratic, scientific and decisive working method and style; proactively advised, proposed and together with the collective of the Party Committee Standing Committee and the Military Region Command, led and directed the building of the Party Committee and armed forces of the Military Region to comprehensively complete the tasks.

The Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Military Region 3 congratulated Major General Bui Cong Chuc on successfully completing the assigned tasks in his new position, and expressed his wish to continue to flexibly apply his experience in the working process, pay attention, create favorable conditions and contribute ideas so that the Party Committee and the Military Region Command can excellently complete all tasks in the coming time. For the comrades receiving the handover, the Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Military Region 3 requested them to promote their sense of responsibility, make more efforts and try harder to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
