Issuance of final review questionnaire on anti-dumping of polyester long fibers

The Trade Remedies Authority (Ministry of Industry and Trade) has just issued a Review Questionnaire for foreign manufacturers/exporters in the final review of the application of anti-dumping measures on polyester filament products (case code: ER01.AD10).

Previously, on October 16, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3013/QD-BCT on the final review of the application of anti-dumping measures on some long-fiber products made from polyester originating from India, Indonesia, Malaysia and China (case code: ER01.AD10).

According to the Trade Remedies Authority (Investigation Authority), the review questionnaire has been sent to foreign manufacturing/exporting enterprises known to the Investigation Authority to respond to the questionnaire. The deadline for responding to the review questionnaire is December 12, 2025 ( Hanoi time).

To ensure its rights and interests, the Investigation Authority requests all relevant foreign manufacturers/exporters to participate and cooperate fully throughout the investigation process. The content of the response will be the basis for the Investigation Authority to consider selecting a sample to limit the scope of the investigation if necessary.

In case the Investigation Authority does not receive timely responses from foreign manufacturers/exporters or in case the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete as requested, the Investigation Authority will use available information to draw conclusions as prescribed in Article 75 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management.

The information and data provided in the process of answering the questionnaire of the Investigation Agency and the right to access information of the case of the relevant parties during the investigation process will be carried out in accordance with the legal regulations on information confidentiality as prescribed by the Law on Foreign Trade Management and guiding documents.

The method of answering the sections of the questionnaire, the form of submission and the deadline for submission are detailed in the Questionnaire for Enterprises. Therefore, the Investigation Agency recommends that enterprises read the instructions carefully before answering and submit their answers on time.
