After four years of applying anti-dumping measures, a review is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and Vietnamese law, to assess the necessity, reasonableness and socio -economic impact of continuing or terminating the measures. The review results will determine whether terminating the measures may lead to a recurrence of dumping and cause significant damage to the domestic industry.
According to the Trade Remedies Authority (Investigation Authority), after initiation, the Investigation Authority will send questionnaires to relevant parties to collect information to assess the possibility of continuation or recurrence of dumping if the measure is terminated; the possibility of the domestic industry continuing or recurring to suffer significant damage or being threatened with significant damage; and the socio-economic impact of maintaining or terminating the trade defense measure.
The investigation agency will examine and verify the information provided by the parties before issuing the final review conclusion. In addition, the investigation agency recommends that organizations and individuals who are importing, exporting, manufacturing, distributing, trading or using related goods register to participate in the case to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
Registration is made according to the relevant party registration form issued with Circular No. 26/2025/TT-BCT, sent via the TRAV Online System at https://online.trav.gov.vn within 60 working days from the effective date of the decision. The dossier can also be sent by post or email.
