Promulgating management regulations attached to the Project to adjust the General Planning of Dien Ban town

The Provincial People's Committee requests the People's Committee of Dien Ban town to publish the Management Regulations attached to the Project to adjust the General Planning of Dien Ban town for the period up to 2030 and 2045 on mass media, the electronic information portal of the People's Committee of Dien Ban town and post them at the office of the People's Committee of Dien Ban town and the People's Committees of communes and wards so that relevant organizations and individuals can know and monitor the implementation.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to take charge of presiding over and coordinating with relevant departments and branches in managing urban development investment according to approved planning and current regulations; inspecting and supervising the implementation of planning and completing the tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision 656 in 2023.

Other relevant departments, branches and sectors, according to their assigned functions and tasks, shall monitor, inspect, guide and coordinate with the People's Committee of Dien Ban town in the process of implementing the Project to adjust the General Planning of Dien Ban town for the period up to 2030 and 2045 and the accompanying management regulations.
