Báo Nhân dânBáo Nhân dân13/09/2024

Due to the complicated developments of storm No. 3, many localities in the affected area suffered heavy damage. Millions of people lost their homes and were isolated by floodwaters; the risk of floods, landslides, and subsidence after the storm still exists.

The Party, the State, Party committees and authorities at all levels have resolutely directed functional agencies, armed forces and people nationwide to closely monitor the situation, proactively deploy response solutions and support people to overcome difficulties. However, the impact of the storm still left serious consequences on transport infrastructure; irrigation works, huge loss of people and property of the people, the damage cannot be fully measured.
