In 2023, under the regular and close leadership and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee and its Standing Committee, the provincial Propaganda Department promptly advised, directed, and guided the effective implementation of various aspects of propaganda work, making positive contributions to the province's overall results in managing socio-economic development and implementing tasks related to Party building and the political system.
The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department completed all 108 tasks as directed by the Central Propaganda Department and as directed and assigned by the Provincial Party Standing Committee; including advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee to issue 70 documents that met the quality and time requirements of the province and the central government.
The Committee continues to direct the construction, orientation, and organization of the activities of the network of public opinion collaborators at all levels ; promptly detect and grasp the situation and incidents arising in localities to advise the Party Committee on directing the handling and resolution; direct, organize, and manage the activities of propaganda forums associated with the work of combating, refuting, and removing harmful and toxic information on the Internet and social media.
The committee organized four public opinion surveys using a combination of direct questionnaire distribution and online survey methods, attracting over 9,600 participants. This allowed for timely understanding of the thoughts, aspirations, suggestions, and recommendations of officials, Party members, and the people regarding pressing issues and newly emerging problems at the grassroots level.
The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, in coordination with relevant agencies, successfully organized three scientific seminars on: “Promoting the role of science, technology, and innovation to serve the socio-economic development of Tay Ninh province”; “Improving the effectiveness of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, contributing to building a cleaner and stronger Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee”; and the 2024 thematic seminar “Promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style on practicing thrift and combating corruption, negativity, and waste”...
Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, directed the key tasks of the Propaganda sector in 2024.
Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, urged the entire provincial propaganda sector to focus on overcoming existing shortcomings and limitations; and to effectively implement the tasks for 2024 with a high sense of responsibility.
The focus of this includes advising on and preparing summary and preliminary reports on the implementation of Party Directives and Resolutions; being responsible for developing the 2025 thematic program on studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh ; and implementing the inspection and supervision program.
Following the 2024 thematic study conference on learning and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh organized by the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Propaganda Departments at all levels advised Party committees and organizations at all levels to develop practical plans for learning and following the ideology; the heads of Party committees, in coordination with the heads of agencies and units, selected at least two specific tasks to commit to implementing in accordance with the spirit of the thematic conference.
In order to contribute to the effective protection of the Party's ideological foundation, first and foremost, each Party organization, down to individual cadres and Party members, must fulfill their roles, responsibilities, and duties well, and effectively address pressing and prominent issues of concern to the public and the people.
Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, presented awards to collectives that successfully completed their tasks in 2023.
Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, requested that the ideological, cultural, scientific, and political education sectors at all levels closely follow the Provincial Party Standing Committee's plan for organizing major events and holidays in 2024, 2025, and with a vision for 2026, focusing on propaganda and implementation in accordance with the conditions of each locality and unit. Specifically this year, the Propaganda Departments at all levels must proactively advise the Party Committees on the preparation for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department awarded commendations to collectives and individuals who successfully completed their tasks in 2023 and achieved outstanding results over the past five years (2018-2023) in carrying out propaganda work, protecting the Party's ideological foundation, and combating erroneous and hostile viewpoints.
Units in emulation group No. 4 signed an emulation agreement for 2024 in the presence of leaders from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
Representatives from the Propaganda Departments of District, Town, and City Party Committees, and the Propaganda and Training agencies of Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, signed the emulation agreement for 2024.
