New salary table for bank employees when basic salary is 2.34 million VND

Clause 1, Article 10 of Circular 14/2022/TT-NHNN stipulates the ranks of civil servants in the banking sector.

Accordingly, the senior bank controller category applies the salary scale of civil servants type A3, group 1 (A3.1), from salary coefficient 6.20 to salary coefficient 8.00;

The main bank controller rank applies the salary scale of civil servants type A2, group 1 (A2.1), from salary coefficient 4.40 to salary coefficient 6.78;

The bank controller rank applies the A1 civil servant salary scale, from salary coefficient 2.34 to salary coefficient 4.98;

The bank storekeeper and cashier positions apply the A0 civil servant salary scale, from salary coefficient 2.10 to salary coefficient 4.89;

The Monetary - Treasury staff applies the civil servant salary scale type B, from salary coefficient 1.86 to salary coefficient 4.06.

Pursuant to Article 3 of Circular 07/2024/TT-BNV guiding how to calculate bank civil servant salaries in 2024 from July 1, 2024: Salary = 2.34 million VND x Salary coefficient.
