WATCH THE CLIP:
On March 22, a video circulating on social media showed two men violently punching each other, causing outrage.
According to the video, one person is a security guard at the Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien metro station holding a plastic chair, while the other is a ride-hailing driver holding a helmet. The incident occurred near the metro station.

Ms. Van Thi Huu Tam, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Urban Railway Company No. 1 (the unit operating and managing the Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien metro line), confirmed to VietNamNet reporters that the incident occurred near Thu Duc station.
Ms. Tam stated that the male ride-hailing driver was smoking near the Thu Duc train station. At that time, the security guard was concerned that the cigarette butt could cause a fire, so he went to remind him to stop.
"If you only look at the images in the clip, you might think the security guard was too aggressive. However, in reality, the ride-hailing driver reacted first before being reprimanded by the security guard. Therefore, the unpleasant scene between the two occurred," Ms. Tam explained.
According to Ms. Tam, Ho Chi Minh City is currently in the dry season, and many areas have experienced fires caused by cigarette butts. Therefore, smoking near metro stations is also very dangerous.
Currently, the security department has suspended the male security guard involved in the altercation with the ride-hailing driver. Simultaneously, both parties are cooperating with the local police to handle the incident.
After a minor collision, the female driver got out of her car and got into a fight with the delivery man in the middle of the street.
