At the 33rd SEA Games, the Vietnamese men's futsal team will compete in a round-robin format against Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Myanmar. All matches will take place at the Nonthaburi Arena.
According to the schedule, coach Diego Giustozzi's team will face Malaysia on December 16th, Indonesia on December 17th, Thailand on December 18th, and conclude with a match against Myanmar on December 19th.
In preparation for the tournament, coach Giustozzi has called up 20 players, a mix of experience and youth. Players like Nguyen Ngoc Anh, Trinh Cong Dai, Nguyen Van Tuan, and Nguyen Da Hai are all in their early twenties but have already accumulated considerable experience and composure during their time on the team.
