On September 20, the Traffic Police - Order Team of Long Khanh City Police ( Dong Nai ) filed an administrative case against PXT (31 years old, residing in Thong Nhat district) - the driver who intentionally "passed the traffic police checkpoint" with a series of violations.

Specifically, the police force wrote a ticket for the PXT driver for 5 violations: speeding, not obeying the orders of the authorities, running a red light, having an expired vehicle registration, and using drugs while driving.

Previously, at around 9:00 a.m. on September 19, a working group of the Traffic Police - Order Team of Long Khanh City Police discovered a truck driven by this 31-year-old driver at excessive speed on Ho Thi Huong Street, from Xuan Loc District to Long Khanh City.

At this point, the police ordered the car to stop, but the driver refused and sped away. The task force then used motorbikes to chase after him.

While driving, the truck driver still did not obey the order but continued to run the red light and drove onto National Highway 1 (towards Thong Nhat district). Long Khanh City Police contacted other functional forces to coordinate to intercept this truck.

After chasing for about 10km, the authorities stopped the truck on National Highway 20 (through Thong Nhat district).
