Closing ceremony and award ceremony of the 2024 Men's and Women's Volleyball Tournament for Emulation Blocks of Party Agencies

This morning, October 5, the Organizing Committee of the 2024 Men's and Women's Volleyball Tournament of the Party Agencies' Emulation Bloc held the closing ceremony and awarded prizes. Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang; Editor-in-Chief of Quang Tri Newspaper, Head of the Party Agencies' Emulation Bloc, Head of the Organizing Committee Truong Duc Minh Tu attended.

After two exciting semi-final matches between the teams: Le Duan Political School met the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee; the joint team of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee - Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee met the Provincial Party Committee's Office, the two winning teams to play in the final match were the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Office.

The final match was exciting and dramatic from the start, giving the audience many beautiful plays. With technical and effective play, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee team won 2-1, taking first prize.

Thus, after 2 days of exciting and fierce competition of 15 volleyball matches with the spirit of: sportsmanship , solidarity, honesty, nobility, the athletes competed with all their might, contributing exciting and thrilling matches, the tournament ended successfully.

According to experts, the quality of this year's tournament has been comprehensively improved, much better than previous years.

Along with the enthusiastic and impartial cheering of a large audience, the teams were encouraged to compete and achieve the highest results.

This shows that the tournament is truly a healthy and useful playground, promoting the movement of sports training to improve health; and contributing to strengthening the close relationship and exchange of learning between units in the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies.

At the closing ceremony, the organizing committee awarded cups and medals to the first prize winning team, the Provincial Party Committee Organizing Committee; the second prize went to the Provincial Party Committee Office team; and the third prize went to the Le Duan Political School team and the joint team of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee - Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee. The organizing committee also awarded consolation prizes to the teams; and individual prizes, including: excellent attack for athlete Bui Ngoc Tu, team of the Provincial Party Committee Organizing Committee; excellent defense for athlete Nguyen Van Hai, joint team of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee - Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; excellent setter for athlete Nguyen Vinh Long, team of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; the beauty queen award went to athlete Nguyen Truc Phuong, team of Quang Tri Newspaper; the oldest athlete was athlete Ta Cong Sang, team of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises.

On this occasion, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang presented gifts from the Standing Provincial Party Committee to the teams participating in the tournament.
