According to information from Xanh Pon General Hospital, social media accounts (such as @h.my3208, Do Van Huong, Giao thong van minh 24h...) have posted and spread many videos with false content, distorting, slandering and insulting the honor of Xanh Pon General Hospital and the authorities.

The incident originated from the fact that on November 4, 2025, citizen NTH went to the hospital to report the results of the medical examination performed on September 6, 2025. Immediately after that, TikTok account @h.my3208 posted a video with false content, deliberately distorting information, seriously affecting the image of the hospital. These videos contain a lot of fabricated information, slander, insulting the honor of the medical staff, intentionally defaming the hospital's reputation, causing public confusion, negatively affecting medical examination and treatment activities and the working environment of medical staff .

In response to the above incident, Xanh Pon General Hospital urgently inspected and verified all information related to the medical examination and treatment process of patient NTH. The verification results showed that the hospital had followed the correct professional and administrative procedures according to the provisions of law.

On November 5, 2025, the hospital worked with the police to coordinate in resolving the case in accordance with legal regulations. At the same time, the hospital drew up a record of the acts of posting false information, as a legal basis for the handling process.
